How do I book a service?+

Three easy ways:

Can I book a same-day clean?+

Yes β€” for most of Dubai, if you book before 12 PM we can usually have a team at your door the same day. After noon we slot you into the first opening the next morning.

Which areas of the UAE do you cover?+

We cover every Dubai neighbourhood. Same-day is available across the city. For Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain we typically schedule next-day, sometimes same-day if our nearby team has a slot. Send us a WhatsApp with your address β€” we'll confirm immediately.

Can I get the same cleaner each visit?+

Absolutely β€” on subscription plans (weekly or fortnightly) we send the same trusted cleaner every time. They get to know your home, your preferences and your dog. If your usual cleaner is on leave we'll always tell you in advance and send a vetted backup.

Do I need to be home during the clean?+

Not at all. Many customers leave a key with reception, share an access code, or just give us a smart-lock PIN. Our supervisors check in and out and send you photos when the job is done.

How far in advance should I book?+

For regular weekly cleans, 24–48 hours in advance is ideal. For deep cleans, sofa shampoo, AC service and post-construction jobs, please give us 2–3 days so we can schedule the right team and equipment. That said β€” same-day is always worth asking about.

How much does a clean cost?+

Hourly home cleaning starts at AED 28/hr on a weekly plan, or AED 35/hr for one-time bookings. Deep cleans are fixed-price by home size β€” from AED 399 for a studio/1 BHK up to AED 899+ for villas. The full price list is on the services page.

Are there any hidden fees?+

No. The number we quote is the number you pay. We don't add "deep-clean upgrades" mid-job, charge for travel inside Dubai, or surprise you with materials fees. The only optional add-on is AED 25/hr if you'd like us to bring our own cleaning supplies instead of using yours.

How do I pay?+

You can pay by cash, card or bank transfer β€” whatever's easiest. There's no prepayment or deposit. You pay only once the job is done and you're happy with it.

Do you take card payments on site?+

Yes β€” our supervisors carry portable card readers. Apple Pay and Google Pay work too. Or we can send you a payment link if you'd rather pay later that day.

Is VAT included in the price?+

All prices on our site are inclusive of 5% UAE VAT. We issue a proper VAT invoice on request β€” useful for corporate clients and reimbursement claims.

Do you offer discounts?+

Yes β€” new customers get 15% off their first booking with code FIRST15. Subscribers save AED 5–7 per hour. And our referral program gives you AED 50 credit every time a friend books their first service.

🧽 Services

What's the difference between regular and deep cleaning?+

Regular cleaning keeps your home maintained β€” dusting, mopping, bathroom and kitchen refresh, surface clean. Usually 2–4 hours per visit.

Deep cleaning is a top-to-bottom restorative job β€” inside oven and fridge, behind appliances, grout scrubbing, cabinet interiors, balcony and windows. Usually 5–8 hours with 2–3 cleaners. Most customers do a deep clean every 3–4 months on top of their weekly visits.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?+

You have two options. Standard: you provide the materials and we provide the team. With supplies (+AED 25/hr): we bring everything β€” eco-friendly cleaning sprays, microfibre cloths, mop, vacuum, the lot. For deep cleans, sofa shampoo, carpet cleaning and AC service, all equipment and chemicals are always included in the price.

Are your chemicals safe for kids and pets?+

Yes β€” by default we use eco-certified, low-VOC products that are safe around children and pets. If you have specific allergies or want fragrance-free, just let us know in your booking notes and we'll bring the right formula.

How long does sofa shampoo take to dry?+

Typically 4–6 hours, sometimes overnight if your sofa is particularly thick. We extract most of the moisture during the clean, but we recommend waiting before sitting on it. Pro tip: book in the morning so it's ready by evening.

Do you do post-construction cleaning?+

Yes β€” post-renovation, post-painting and after-construction cleans are one of our specialities. We use HEPA vacuums to capture fine dust, then steam-clean and polish every surface. Most jobs take 1–2 days.

Can you do offices and commercial spaces?+

Definitely. We have a dedicated commercial team that handles offices, retail, salons, clinics and short-let apartments. We work after-hours and weekends so we don't disturb your business. Send us a WhatsApp with your size and we'll come quote on site.

Are your staff vetted and insured?+

Every single team member is on our payroll β€” not subcontracted. They're background-checked, trained, in valid UAE residency, and our company carries public liability cover up to AED 1,000,000 on every job.

What if something gets broken or damaged?+

Tell us immediately β€” by WhatsApp or to the supervisor on site. We document it with photos and our insurance covers genuine damage up to AED 1M. In the rare cases this happens, we usually settle on the same day.

Will I have the same team every visit?+

Yes, on subscription plans. We assign one trusted cleaner (and a supervisor on bigger jobs) and keep them with you. If they're on leave, we always let you know who's coming instead and brief them on your preferences.

Do your staff wear uniforms?+

Yes β€” branded ES Cleaning polo shirt, black trousers, white sneakers. Every team member carries their Emirates ID. You can verify any team member's identity by WhatsApp before they enter your home.

How do I leave feedback or report a problem?+

After every job our supervisor sends you a short feedback link. Or just message us on WhatsApp β€” every issue is logged and reviewed within 24 hours. If we get it wrong, we make it right.

πŸ“‹ Cancellation & Policies

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?+

Yes, free of charge if you give us at least 24 hours' notice. Inside 24 hours we charge 50% of the booking value; same-day cancellations are charged in full β€” our team has already scheduled and travelled for your job.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?+

Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the missed area free of charge. We're not happy unless you're happy β€” that's the whole point of being an in-house team.

Do you have a refund policy?+

Because you pay after the job, you never need to ask for a refund. If you're unhappy, we re-clean. If you'd rather not have us back, we waive the charge for that visit. Simple.

Is there a contract or commitment?+

None. Subscriptions are month-to-month and you can pause or cancel any time on WhatsApp. One-time cleans have zero commitment at all.

What about public holidays and Ramadan?+

We operate every public holiday except Friday. During Ramadan we work modified hours and many of our staff fast β€” please be patient and considerate. We send each customer a Ramadan schedule by WhatsApp in advance.

How is my personal data handled?+

We use your contact details only to coordinate your bookings. We never share, sell or pass them to any third party. Staff are contractually prohibited from contacting customers outside of ES Cleaning's channels β€” and that's enforced strictly.
