1. Who we are
This website, escleaners.com, is operated by ES Cleaning Services LLC, trading under Ehtasham Sikandar Building Cleaning Services L.L.C. (Trade Licence 1218059), based on Marasi Drive, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. You can reach us on +971 50 964 0024 or at support@escleaners.com.
2. Booking a service
You can book by website, phone or WhatsApp. When you book, please tell us the service, the property type and any access, parking or building rules so we can plan the visit. Same-day slots are available when you book before 12 PM, subject to availability. We will confirm the appointment before the visit.
3. Pricing and payment
- Prices shown on the site are starting prices. The final price depends on the size and condition of the property and the exact scope — we confirm it before the work begins.
- Home cleaning starts from AED 40 per hour; deep cleaning and AC cleaning from AED 199; other services are quoted per job.
- You pay after the job is finished, by cash, card or bank transfer. No deposit or prepayment is required.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
You can reschedule or cancel by calling or messaging us. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer. Repeated no-access visits, where our team arrives and cannot enter, may be charged for the call-out.
5. Access, safety and your property
Please give our team safe access to the property and point out anything fragile or valuable. Our staff take care, but we ask that cash, jewellery and irreplaceable items are stored away before a visit.
6. Our guarantee, insurance and warranties
- Free re-clean guarantee: if you are not satisfied with a cleaning job, tell us within 24 hours and we will return and re-clean the area free of charge.
- Insurance: our work carries up to AED 1,000,000 public liability cover.
- Pest control warranties: treatments carry a written warranty — 30 days on general pest control, 60 days on rodent control and 90 days on bed bug treatment. If the problem returns within that period, we re-treat it.
7. Liability
We are responsible for damage directly and demonstrably caused by our team's negligence, up to the limits of our insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or items that were already faulty. Please report any concern within 24 hours of the visit so we can inspect it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dubai.
